Unhappy Need help getting new Hardware

Hello, I'm currently having huge amounts of trouble with FL studio. Whenever I connect my microphone (which is USB) it starts lagging and crackling a lot, it actually freezes for like 2-5 secondsMy computer setup is:
    CPU: i7 - 860
    Mainboard: P55A-UD4 (Gigabyte Tech)
    RAM: 8 GB DDR-3
    Headset: G35 Logitech
    Microphone: Zoom H2
    Driver Used in FL: Asio4All
I already know the problem is that I have no external soundcard, and that I use 2 USB devices for my producing

So my question really is, What would be the appropriate hardware to get to support these?

Or do I actually have to get a new microphone and headset along with a new Audio Card?

I don't really have a budget, but I plan on investing some money in this so I don't have to buy new Hardware anytime soon. Keep in mind that this is for home use only, so I don't need any extreme racks, only something to keep my hobby going and works like a charm!

Thanks for your time, if you can help I'd appreciate it a lot!

Your computer is good enough. Could be that something is broken or that you need a reinstall because the OS is broken, but I'm gonna ignore that for now.
    Did it work properly before?
What I probably would be upgrading first:

    - Do you have monitor speakers? Search the forum on which to get. I use krk5s, a lot of haters around. Jbl, yamahas or behringer get some good reviews, different price class.
    - A/I . Your problems you have could be caused by your A/I. Or putting too much strain on your old A/I. Did it work before with the same set of vsts/sounds open?
    - Do you have a midi controller?
    - Do you have a pad controller?
    - If you have a decent A/I with good preamp, i'd go for proper mic.

That zoom H2 ain't that good.
I like the Sony PCM-D50 the best.
Here's a website of samples made with handheld recorders

    - I don't have monitor speakers, but I know my speakers are good enough, they are put out from the integrated soundcard to my Yamaha Amp, using phono cables

    - Don't kill me now but.. A/I??? Audio Interface?

    - I don't have a midi controller, I have my keyboard connected through USB

    - No pad Controller

Well I was happy for the Zoom h2, because before that I used the microphone on my G35 headset

How much money do you think I have to put out here?

BTW: The sound/program only stutters, clips, lags and starts to crack when my microphone is activated in ASIO4ALL
