M-Audio Axiom 25 MKII (Advanced) Issue - Help me!

• Hi there!
  
  Since I bought my Axiom 25 (2nd Gen) I have notice some issues on my keyboard, one of them is reset the equipment to factory default settings holding the - & + (From Octave Button) while I turn the Axiom on.
  
  I use Ableton Live and the DAW recognizes the Axiom and when I press a Key or touch in the Pitch Bend or Modulation or even Knobs the Ableton receives signal but any VST make any sound! I have a lot of VST's and I have tried also with my old keyboard (which works pretty well).

  Can you help me reset the keyboard or fix this problem?
