Krk rokit 5 macbook help. Please :)

Hi just looking for some advice.


I have a pair of krk rokit 5 and a MacBook Pro.


I want to hook these up via an audio interface. Purely just to listen to music don't need to Plug a mic or any instrument.


What's the cheapest one I could get and what cable or cables would I need. I have no idea about types of cables etc so any links to interface and suitable cable would be much appreciated.


I'm in the UK and want to spend max £50

I guess the cheapest option would be to skip the audio interface altogether and just use a 1/8" stereo to 2 x RCA mono plugs cable. I doubt the sound quality will be markedly better than the built-in Macbook audio chip in this ultra-cheap price range...
