What's Good FP?

Okay so here's the deal, I bought an M-Audio Keyrig 49 just about 2 years ago, it has always worked fine. Never been dropped, mishandled or misused in any way. But Yesterday as i opened FL Studio, I noticed it was not responding to keys being played, having been through this many times before in the past I automatically went to midi settings and discovered in wasnt showing in the Input Box. I clicked "rescan Midi Devices", Nothing Happened, no biggie, i unplugged the usb cord and reinserted as i have also done in the past, clicked rescan again, usually this is when it pops up, no dice again.

I exit Fl Studio and also notice when i plug in the usb, no sound indicating it has been detected is happening, yet the Blue LED lights on the keyrig come on. I have tried other usb ports, I have tried another usb cable, I have tried restoring windows to an earlier time, I have tried installing the drivers from the M-Audio site to no avail, last night before i went to bed I even reinstalled windows just incase there was a problem in the registry or usb ports, the usb ports work fine when using other devices, I just find it hard to believe the keyrig would just stop working out of nowhere. Am I Just Out Of luck, Or Does Anyone Have Any Suggestions?? Thanks In Advance
