Delta AP192 Opinion

[Cause_and_Effect]

Hey everyone, For my PC i bought an M-Audio Delta AP192 Sound card. It was brand new with the rest of computer (Specs at bottom of thread) and has never seemed to work that great. It crackles and pops when ever i play music or use a DAW, anything. Ive asked computer tech websites, But i honestly have no idea what they're talking about, Some reackon Windows is just Sh*t (agreed) and thats the problem. So if anyone else has/had one sound card I'd love to hear your Opinion on them. and get a second oppinion on things before i go but Mac or a new Card or whatever. Cheers everyone
