Currently running all my computer software on a Macbook pro, but I am thinking of upgrading to the iMac or MacPro (I wan't to run more CPU heavy programs)
I am pretty computer illiterate, therefore I thought it'd be a great idea to ask here! Which would you choose for heavy music production? I understand that the MacPro is essentially more 'powerful' but I absolutely hate the design.. How much am I missing out on if I was to purchase the iMac with some upgrades (such as Ram)
Thoughts? (P.S. I will not go windows, so no need to post saying I can get x10 as much if I change to windows computers)
