Monitor speakers for home studio

hello,
I'm in the search for active speakers for home studio. My budget is limited. I spend about 200 euros and I honestly do not know what a "professional" can to choose from a lot of companies. Alesis elevate 5? Presonus eris 4.5? Behr ms 40? the box pro achat 104a? Or maybe something else? What should I follow when buying? bandwidth?
 
I can't recommend ypou what to buy as I'm not the pro for monitors, but you are looking for flat frequency response. 200 € isn't so much for buying decent new monitors, but you can find them used.

What do you think about ms 40?
 
I don't know about ms40, but you have quality reviews on amazon, gearslutz and other webpages. Just google it, you will find it. Sorry but I didn't understand your question above.
