keyboards for midi control and keyboarding

hey guys,
i want to get a keyboard for keyboarding but at the same time i want to use a keyboard for midi control on reason. are there any good suggestions? not really looking into the motifs or tritons as they're way out of my budget. thanx

playing the keyboard like i'm playing another instrument (ie piano) rather than solely as a midi controller.

so if i got a sampler and put sounds in it and got a keyboard midi controller, could i use this setup for keyboarding?

do most rack samplers come with a keymaping feature? or do you have to look for specific samplers that have a keymapping feature?
