How to connect KRK VXT 6's to Steinberg UR22

Whats up guys. Just bought some VXT6s and a Steinberg UR22 but don't know the best way to hook them up to my computer for sound quality. I tried doing some research but got even more confused. Do i need a XLR to TRS cable or can i just use a plain XLR cable ,plain TRS cable. And what's this talk about balanced and unbalanced? Do i need to worry about that. Those are my major concerns. Thanks to all who reply.

you can use TSR-XLR Male or TRS -TRS either will give you balanced connectivity between the two devices
