Good External Audio Interface for Macbook Pro (EDM production) <$250?

I'm looking to buy my first audio interface that will connect to my Macbook Pro (via firewire preferably). I currently use two Rockit speakers that will need to be connected and I'd like for a microphone input as well on the interface. Do I have a good option for <$250?

I currently produce electro-house using Ableton, so I'll need an interface that can work well with Ableton and is better than the current internal soundcard in the macbook pro for music production purposes.
