cubase sx , DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

recently bought cubase sx. I am using it with my M-audio delta 1010. However when i load up Cubase just after it has finished loading plugins etc. i get a blank blue screen and error message DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL, computer then has to be restarted,, ive heard this could be because of conflicting soundcard drivers or something and i only recently installed the delta 1010 and my old internal soundcard is still installed (not enabled though) so perhaps this is the problem, any ideas , cheers

I had this also ...

But not as much as you are having it.
I use an echo sound card.
And im not really a computer expert..

So I would like to know the answer also

It sounds like you having a IRQ channel conflict. You should completely uninstall you old sound card and remove it, also if you have a different pci slot available move your new card there. If that doesn't work move your new card to the pci slot your old card was in. Your motherboard might only accept the sound card in one specific slot.

Uninstall your soundcard, then take it out of the pci slot, and put it in a different slot. Then power up the computer, and install the drivers. Make sure that you are using the latest drivers from the soundcards' website and preferably not the ones that came with your installation cd.
