Why try to sell your Dope beats when we all make dope beats?? Does not make sense.

I am not sure, why on earth anyone would post beats for sale? We all make beats that we think are killer. May b try to sell them on Craigslist. Selling here is like trying to sell the meat shop "b" grade hamburger. Does not make any sense to me at all? I just know as a musician like everyone on here, I would never buy a beat from someone else really kinda defeats the purpose of us making beats in the first place place.

Good luck with the beats for sale but u may want to try a diff place to sell them.

I do see your point, but you are also missing the point. This is place that producers congregate. So as a MC/Singer, I know where I can always find a producer. As a bass player, I know where I can find a drummer. Right here. Or in my case, I need a DJ/Scratchologist....where do I go....right here. There are people selling music here, sometimes to other producers who are creating a project and feel a certain beat besides his own would work or from performers looking for original music.

I actually agree with you, i never really saw the point either unless someone is asking for beats.

The problem really is, everytime i see something for sale or i have sold. There are a ton of people asking to trade beats for the items for sale its a bit annoying really. I guess like u said, if someone is looking, they will ask for them. They certainly are not a commodity worth trading for and are virtually worthless. No matter how long itakes to make them. I know they take hours to put together, but like I said, they are a labor of love. I guess thats why we all music in the first place. Not just to get the hell away from the wife and kids ha ha.
Oh, btw. Dont we have a place on here to list beats? I never looked, but it seems like there is a place.

Gotta tough it up and realize that beat making is a labor of love. Sorry to ramble on.
