What VTS can I use to make this sound?

Hello,

I am looking for a vts plugin that can make this sounds. I use both Fl Studio and Logic Pro x. So which ever one can make it happen I will use it.

Here are the two songs. Its the high pitch sound that's in the beat that I like a lot. Its old school but I its for a song.

Finding a sample of it online would be a lot easier. Vsts might be able to produce the sound but it would be a lot more work than its worth

The second sample is a Saxophone squeal. The first sound is a horse's nay. Also Prince's scream at the beginning of "Get Off" is one that was used back in the day to similar effect.
