Miroslav Philharmonik. $500, but it's worth every penny. Great for orchestral mock-ups, or video game scores with cinematic quality sounds.

I use Edirol and Synful, along with a bunch of free soundfonts. I'd like to have Vienna, but that's far out of my current price range.

I think EastWest's Symphonic Orchestra and Miroslav Philharmonic are your best options. I like the EastWest Symphonic Orchestra the best. (As did Future Music on the Orchastral library review they did a couple months back).
