i made a lot of house tracks in the last years and now i am moving to a more "songlike" style with my own vocals. to be precise it`s a certain style i don`t even know how to call
my favorite artists of this genre are caribou, hayden james, rüfüs de sol, ben khan, malibou state. i know they use a lot of analog synthesizers which i am planning to buy in the future. but for now maybe you could give me some tipps for findings samplepacks, presets, software synths to realize this. as i told before i don`t even know where to look for this kind of sound. for example where would you look for kick drums? the kickdrums in my samplepacks are mostly too agressive. thanks in advance!
