It's a know issue between Digi's Core Audio plugs and QT7 ... go to the DIGI site and see if they have a patch for it... I think they do....
I've never heard of it coming up on an HD system though... if your support lic is still good I would call up those lammers and let them have it.
But once again it is a known issue... It started back around 10.3.8 when QT7 started being part of the update packages.
