pitch shift/screw vst?

I need a way to pitch vocals that A.) sounds better than just turning down the pitch in FL Studio and B.) allows me to progressively lower/raise a pitch overtime since theres no way to automate pitch

I want an effect similar to the end of m.A.A.d. City where it goes up and down in pitch throughout the last verse

yeah this will give you a million autotune or pitcher esque vsts, thats why I'm asking if anyone actually knows of a vst that does specifically this as its not the most common need in production/mixing
