Is komplete 7 any worth now?

I saw a listing of komplete 7 for a cheap price.

Im tempted to buy this so im wondering if its any good.

Also, how much does upgrading cost?
 
Still very high quality sounds, you cannot go wrong with Komplete. Not sure about the upgrade though I'm assuming a couple hundred bucks or so...
 
If you can get it for a deal, I say go for it! Still great sounds. Might be a little outdated, but if your on a budget, why not.
