I mean the low synth used in south tracks and trap music.

If you got examples of what sound you're looking for that'd help. I imagine your talking about trap bassdrums. In that case, 1. take a kick and high pass it at around 100 Hz, 2. Take a sine wave and distort it OR a saw wave and high cut it at around 200 Hz. Run kick and bass both on one mixer track put some compression to glue them together. That's all
