VST Plugin Help? (Ableton)

Not sure if there was, but I wanted to know if there were any current threads that could help with my VST problems in Ableton. I am running on Windows 7 and most of my plugins are not being found by Ableton, with the exception of Konkakt and some Waves plugins. I search everywhere on my laptop for possible areas that I may find the .Dll for my plugins and put all of them in a folder. A lot of that isn't working.

Your assistances would be great. If there are open threads on this (with solutions) please point me in the right direction.
 
DO THEY REQUIRE AND I I-Lok OR USB E-LICENSER?

TRY SHUTTING DOWN LIVE AND REMOVING A FOLDER FOR THE vst FOLDER GO BACK TO LIVE AND OPEN IT AND RESCAN. iT MIGHT TRIGGER THEM BACK.

tHEN JUST PUT THE FILE BACK IN. iT HELPS ME SOMETIMES.
