Trouble with Ableton Live 9

I just downloaded Live 9 and for some reason in the new browser section when i click on the "sounds" folder it takes a while to open/load and when it finally does i try to open up it's sub-folders like for instance "Pads" or "Strings" or "Brass" and those take a while to open as well. Is any one else having these problems? I'm asking because i never experienced these long load times with Live 8.

When you first open Live packs they sometimes have to do some unpacking (only the first time though) is it not that?
