Im looking at getting pro tools 10 (free upgrade to 11). Which version/bundle will i need? what comes with each "bundle"? i cant find a lot of info on this. I have a fast track interface thing but to be honest ive had so many issues with pro tools in the past that i want to start fresh. Also, what is the difference in sound in say mixing in fl vs mixing in pro tools? does pro tools give you a better athmosphere for your mix or something? lets say im mixing in fl with waves plugins. Will that sound the same if im mixing in pro tools with the same waves plugins? Is pro tools a must have for studio quality mixes?
