Cubase artist or fl studio producer?

I'm wondering which would be better to start off with,(I'm trying to stay around 100$)
I'm looking at:
99$ version of fl studio cubase 6 le, or abelton live 9 intro.

Which would you say is the most feature filled?
I'm not going to be recording at first but I might in the future.
Which has the best plugins/ virtual instruments/ sample?

Thanks to anyone who replies and can help me choose .

If I was to spend a bit more money I could get fl studio producer edition or cubase 7 artist , so thoose are options too

You should title your thread better so people will know what your asking. But if your choosing between the top 3 I would definately say the full version of FL studio. With those lite editions you will only be able to use x amount of tracks or not be able to save projects with certain features. I'm not sure of the specifics but there will be limitations.

Ok thanks. I wanted to change the tilte but I couldn't figure out how to change it.

You could always try the Reason Demo (lets you save but not open).

Or Reason Essentials which is $129. (a basic version of Reason)
