So I understand all of my Session files and folders should be stored on an external hard drive instead of working off of my CPU.
But I'm curious as to what original folders/files should be stored on my external? Or should I just leave it all on my solid state?
Folders in question are
Big Fish Loops
I/O settings
Avid Virtual Instruments
Grooves
Licenses
(I/O settings and Grooves were originally saved inside my applications folder OUTSIDE of the AVID folder but I moved them into the AVID folder within the applications folder because I figured they were a part of it)
of course there are folders within these folders but these are the main folders which show up when I goto Applications > AVID (on a mac)
Do I need to store any of them on my external where my sessions will be saved or can I keep everything in the AVID folder within my applications?
