Pro Tools Express or Cubase 7?

Im looking to invest in my in-home recording equipment for recording rap vocals. I was going to purchase a bundle package for Protools express but heard about the limitations with the express version. I also saw good reviews with Cubase and how cost effective it was bundled with interface mic and headphones (see below). Which way should I go using a PC and the last software i was really experienced with was Adobe Audition. See below both links.

Personally I would go with Cubase, but I'm a little bit biased towards it as it is what I use and I haven't even tried protools.

Since your asking about the express version... I would go with the full version of Cubase. But if you were comparing the full version of Pro tools vs Cubase, I would highly recommend Pro Tools.
