which plugin can do this?

i'm looking for a plugin which can link different inserts in my mixer and raise their volume level respectively all at the same time. I know a plugin like this exists just not sure of the name
 
You don't need plugin for that. You can do it in your DAW. In Cubase I just create group track and send output of my audio tracks to it and than you can control volume and effects of that audio tracks with only one track. But I suppose you are not in Cubase (probably FL Studio) so just search on you tube ''How create busses in Fl Studio'' or something similar like that.
 
as these are inserts there is no simple solution beyond using a common automation clip on the volume of each insert
