Organizing/Tagging Drums
the biggest nuisance in music production imo is sound selection. being that i use mostly maschine and battery drums in my productions, i have been stuck using maschine's software to compose music because of the way it organizes both battery and maschine libraries, tagging each sample under multiple categories such as urban, vinyl, digital, etc. Maschine's software accepts battery's tags as part of it's own and i can easily switch between the two when looking for a drum sample. does anybody know a way to get the maschine samples correctly tagged in battery so that i can continue using ableton live? or perhaps another third party option to tag my drum samples for use in ableton?
