Kontakt Not Working Right As A Plugin?

I have Kontakt 5 installed as a stand alone and as a 32 bit and 64 bit plugin. The 64 bit stand alone works fine and lets me use the Quick-Load Browser to find my instruments/multis.

When I open up Kontakt as a VST within S1 though, (in either the 32 or 64 bit S1) the Quick-Load Browser is empty and seemingly non functional.

What have I done wrong?
 
Try this. While Kontakt is running as a vst, select the libraries tab and right click in the rack window - this should bring up the quick load browser (which will be empty until you add to it). Then, follow the steps in this video to add some content. Restart Kontakt, verify that the info is retained.
