Issue with Importing an Expansion into Nexus

Good day, everyone. I'm having a bit of a problem with the reFx Nexus plugin lately; I've downloaded one of the expansion packs which was available directly through the official reFx website (specifically House Vol 2), and I've gone through much trouble to even get it where it is now. It downloaded as an nxp file, and while it imported into Nexus itself, whenever I go down to the pack itself, it's blank with no list of presets on the right (I'll be sure to provide an attachment here if any of you want to see for yourselves). I would really like to get this working, and any sort of help would be appreciated. Thank you.

try to locate the original folder with all the sounds and then copying it to the nexus folder which is blank
another option is to look it up on youtube lol, for every problem someone found a soloution
