Installing Komplete 7 on new computer won't work

Basically, I upgraded my laptop to a home desktop recently and upon installing Komplete - which I purchased previously - onto it, it said that due to the serial already being used(by my laptop) I can't use this and it won't work.

I was wondering if anybody could offer a solution to my problem. It's also good that you know that my new desktop is not connected to the internet.

Create a support ticket with NI support. No one here can do much about this.
