How do you "register" plugins on FL studio?

I'm using FL studio and I put the plugin folder into the effects folder, then went into FL searched for the plugin and clicked it to open it and it says that the plugin needs to be registered...Any one know what to do? The plugin is Tal-Bitcrusher btw

Edit: It says these exact words "sorry but this plugin couldn't be found or opened." "If the plugin has to be registered, please check that you register it correctly"

Normally, when you install a plugin that requires registration, you put the registration code during installation. I never had this problem before with my plugins.

The folder for the plugin does not have a installation file, it just has the .dll file

Then, I guess you should just ask help for the company that made the plugin. Normally those companies have a "customer support" area in their websites.
