How do I control the pitch bend in Kontakt?

Hey all,

How do you change the pitch bend range for a sample within Kontakt?
Video to highlight my issue: (Ignore the "hey matt" in the beginning...I originally sent this video to a friend to see if he could help)
I can only pitch bend 2 semi-tones in either direction but I want to be able to go further...

Hey did you figure it out yet? Ive never had this problem. Did you check your key range in the Instrument Options? Also you can the "tune knob" to change octaves.
