Help Pls. Kontact 5 not working with FL studio

Hey guys. I got my komplete 10 today and installed it etc.. I can load up Kontakt 5 no problem and use it but when I save it and re open it I get this message and when I hit play there's no sound

Anyone have any idea whats going on? any help would be greatly appreciated thanks!

Update... Its not just Kontakt 5. it's all my komplete 10 VSTs. Did I install this wrong ?

Nope, all I got is maschine installed that's it.

ok I had a similar problem when i upgraded from 9 to 10.
