East West symphonic choirs

Hi fellow musicians and artists, i recently purchased eastwest symphonic choirs and have had trouble with installation. I was wondering if anyone has had error code 1721 before when installing any type of software

Don't use the disc to install. Install it from the latest installer available on their Support page.

EastWest/Quantum Leap Soundsonline Support

After this installs your Play engine, manually copy your library folders from you discs (don't use the installer file on the disc).

what all am I manually copying over. When I install the play all I get are .dll files.

Are there any videos of how to install manually the symphonic choirs

You are only installing the plugin file from the download. From the disc you are copying the Symphonic Choir Library folders.
