any subtractive synth should cope with this

mix of a pulse wave duty cycle 35% and a saw wave so osc 1 is one and osc 2 is the other

filter is mid level cutoff freq and a small amount of resonance - adsr mod A:1, D:7; S:6; R;1

VCA adsr mod is similar to the filter
