your recommendation for live performance sequencers

Please recommend a software sequencer for use in live performance.

Also, would it be possible to have some tracks purely as midi triggers, and some for use as actual audio? I would like to use a mixture of hardware drum machines I have as well as pre-recorded vocals and other samples of actual audio in the sequencer.
