i have sonar 1.0 (i got it for free... long story:) )and it seems exceptionally buggy. it crashes quite often. is it just the program or is it something with my computer? is sonar generally a buggy program? i know that alot of people seem to like logic or cubas better but i got this for free and i dont wanna spend money on a sequencer when i already got one. and warez is for loosers.(sorta.. :) )
 
Well you get what you pay for. You don't state what OS your on. What version of Sonar? I use Sonar and Cubase on win xp and they both run solid.
 
i use win 98. some day ill upgrade it to 2000 :). tho i dont wanna ever upgrade it to me or xp... im only still using windows cuz they dont make any music software or games for linux.
 
Sonar runs great, but you really should use 2000 or XP, those are the OS's Sonar is designed for. Sonar is just as stable as Cubase, and just as capable for audio and midi.
