Sonar 2.0 problem....

Alright, I just got Sonar 2.0 in the mail today, and was going through the first Tutorial, but I am getting no sound when hitting play. I went through all the troubleshooting, and that didn't help. I have an MAudio Audiophile card. As my Midi output I have the Delta AP Driver selected. If you have any idea of what I need to be doing, that would be great. Thanks for your help.

You can't hear midi.....I understand that, but the midi should be triggering something, and it is not. It says in the tutorial that I should be hearing something.

So, with this known, any ideas?

Did you set up your midi ports in the Midi Devices box under options?

Do you have the Midi track set to the appropriate "Out" and "Channel".

What Midi equipment are you trying to use?
 
I've always had this problem with all sequencing software I've set up, can never get it to sound out through the soundcard - Cakwalk Pro, Sonar, Cubase - none of them!

Would love some help - have set midi deives, changed track instrument (patch) - added some events - still no sounds.
 
When you play your keyboard, can you see any activity in the indicator in the bottom right corner?
