So Who's TESTED Spectrasonics Omnisphere?

I'm definitely interested in this product, although without testing it im not sure if i REALLY can dignify spending 4-500$ on something ive only seen in videos.

I'm sure it works great for synth-driven music, but how does it work with the urban genre? I love bringing a different sound to r&b and hip hop, but is it TOO different?

I'd love to hear how some of you are using it, with some reviews if any of you are willing.

I tried it but it does nt work on my windows xp desktop computer. I tried it with my working Ableton 8. There s simply no audio coming out from this plugin. The Library is fully installed though. N it seems to be working but no Audio. I dunno whos fault is it!!

So end result :(
 
If you like synth sounds & layering sounds you will LOVE Omnisphere. Iver had it for about 3 months & I use it more than say FM8 or any of my NI Komplete synths. The sound design possibilities are endless, prob the best VI synth out there period.
