If I wanted to move a bar, or series thereof, is it possible to move all sequencer data associated with that bar at the same time? Including notes, patterns, filter automation, etc.?

Yep. Just highlight the data you want to move and drag it. If it's stuff like filter automations and such like, as soon as you move that measure of music, that automation data should move with it.
 
is it possible to move all the data for all the sequencer tracks at once?
 
yep yep..... you can move the whole darn song at once if you'd like....... also you can highlight what you think will always be moved together and right click - GROUP. Then this bit becomes a phrase and you can move the whole thing as one object. :)
