Reason 5 - Favorites folders - missing sounds

i was using Reason last night and found that all the sounds I had saved into my Favorite folders (when browsing for sounds/refills) had disappeared

has this happened to any other Reason users?

im not going to cry about it or anything, just trying to figure out what happened and how to avoid it in the future

there is a fix for it but i forget exactly how to do it. contact props customer support and they will walk you through it as long as you didn't try to make a new favorites folder
