I've been using Pro Tools 7 M-Powered for the longest time and have only started receiving these error messages recently.
"DAE is having trouble keeping up. Your disk may be too slow or too fragmented. A firewire disk could be having trouble due to the extra firewire bandwidth ot CPU load. (-9019)"
I use an M-Audio Fast Track USB as my audio interface, Dell Dimension 9200 with a 320GB hard drive and 2GB or RAM. I'm wondering what I could do to resolve this issue...

EDIT: I've been getting a second error message as well:
"Elastic Audio processing could not keep up. Your drive may be too slow or too fragmented. Try decreasing the H/W Buffer Size or increasing the DAE Playback Buffer Size. (-9473)"
As you can see, I am an utter noob when it comes to these types of issues. What do i do FP???
