MIDI Notes Sitcking!? Any Help?

I recently got a new computer, way better and I'm running into some problems.
I have a new problem now, my M-Audio Axiom 49 keeps making the notes stick.
It will hold a note, as if I'm holding a sustain pedal!!!??? It's annoying me like crazy.
It only does it sometimes and seems to be when I play a sequence of notes really quickly, it will randomly hold a note, and I have to hit another one or hit my maschine pad to make it stop.

Anyone experience this before?

On my old crappy laptop it worked fine, all of a sudden I upgrade my computer and it's acting up
 
Yea I think that may be the problem but I'll have to wait until I get back home.
That came to my mind last night and I actually downloaded the latest driver for my Axiom 49.
The only I'm realising now is that they have 2 seperate drivers for the 1st and 2nd generationof the keyboard,
1.1.1 and 1.1.2.

I think I may have downloaded the wrong one for my generation. I have 2nd generation Axiom 49 but I may have gotten the first generation drivier.

Would that be the problem if that's the case?
