Installing Asio4all through crossover for less latency in FL studio (mac)

Hello, I'm currently operating on a MAC. Im using FL studio 10 as my DAW. Im running into a major latency problem whenever I hit the pad on my controller. I decided to download Asio4all because a lot of people have said their latency issue greatly improved because of it. My issue is that when ever i download asio I install it through "crossover." After installing the program i go into Fl Studio and the driver still isn't there. Just want to know if I'm missing a step is there something i have to do after crossover says its installed? thanks greatly
 
When you installed it, did you go to audio settings and choose asio4all in input/output section in FL? I know you probably done this, but you didn't write that so I just wanted to tell you this because I don't know what could be the problem if youd this.
