How do I get this wah wah/vibrato effect?

There's some kind of wah wah or vibrato effect on the organ in the "Midnight Marauder Tour Guide" intro on the A Tribe Called Quest album. (It's on youtube but they won't let me link to it).

How can I reproduce something like that with built-in stuff in Ableton? Are there plugs that do that too? How'd Tip do it in '93? That sounds is all over "Midnight Marauders" and the other beats Tip did around that time.

The instrument on the record is a Vibraphone and that is part of it's sound, you can get the same kind of effect with tremolo or use a fast setting on a rotary speaker (Leslie speaker) emulation.
