How to back up Ableton custom presets?

I'm about to wipe my hard drive and re-install. I've made a lot of custom presets in Ableton. For example, when you add say, a compressor to a channel, you can go in and tweak the settings and then you can save those settings. how can I back those up to an external drive?

You just copy the .adv/.adg files from your Live library's preset folder (or wherever you've saved them) to your backup drive. Each preset should be an individual file.
