Fruity 3.5 -- scabby install

I'm not happy with the install Fruity 3.5 did. It won't recognize any of the software I was using in 3.4 (says I've got demo versions; not true).

Now some things can't be planned for but how bleeding obvious is it that 3.4 owners are going to upgrade to 3.5 - and wouldn't it have been nice if they could have sorted it out so it worked?

I hate unnecessary jobs.

Or did anyone else install without so much as burping and this is simply another episode in the ongoing saga of "the machines are out to get me?"

edit:

@rse! @rse! @rse! I've just been over to the Fruity website and there it says all about this SO WHY DIDN'T IT SAY IT IN THE POXY E-MAIL!!!!

OK, I'm calmer.

I recently installed FL3.55 (The demo version) and I get all this crackle when I try and playback anything. Granted it could be the speakers on this laptop im using (Yes..what better things to do at work than play with music:D )

This might not be related to your problem, but I figured I'd add my 2 cents:p
