HI
I've had this issue for a while now on different FL studio projects.
When I get far into a project and bounce some midi into samples weird stuff starts to happen. The cpu in FL studio will stay fairly constant no more than 50-60% but the cpu reading in task manager goes through the roof. I don't experience any underuns or clicks and pops, just a very laggy interface where the mouse will freeze but the music plays fine still.
I know this cant be my pc as I have a new I7 and 16 gigs of ram! but it seems to be coming from when I bounce things/freeze multiple tracks in my project.
Got any ideas what's going on
EDIT: I created a copy of the Fl file and then systematically deleted all of the vst plugins and a lot of the WAV samples, the CPU in task manager was still around 65%. Which confuses the **** out of me haha
Thanks
Ryan
