Batch Manipulation of multiple samples in FL?

Alright, so here's the deal, I'm using FL Studio and at a glance it's great for everything I need. I can chop samples, timestretch, and change pitch of audio clips. But i have to do them one by one, and there doesn't seem to be an easy copy+paste option for changing pitch and changing timestretch length

I usually use Edison and drag to playlist.
I've used Slicex, which lets you change the pitch for all your chops in a clip, but it also changes the speed along with the pitch. I want to do these things seperately, so that seems to be out of the question

tl;dr
Is FL able to...
>Select and change the pitch of multiple samples at once?
>Select and change the timestretching for multiple samples at once?

If not, is there a DAW which can accomplish this better? FL is close to perfect for me, but these problems can be tedious.

Also a slightly related question about FL I want to add: I have certain settings I like for Edison to have, and I have to change them everytime I start up Edison. I saved a preset and replaced the default.fst preset for Edison's directory but it never loads my settings on startup of Edison. Is there any way to do this?
