Audio not coming through until Ableton is restarted.

Hi everyone,
I am having a problem in which i have to plug my headphones before starting the Ableton. If i connect after launching the app, the audio wont come through headphones and the headphones option wont show in Audio Output Devices.So to be able to hear audio, i have to close Live,plug in the headphones and then launch the app and then it will show the headphones option in Audio Output Devices.Also i am not using any soundcard.

Bad description.
I guess you're using USB-Headphones, right?
Live (Ableton is the manufacturer, not the name of the software) scans for audio devices at startup. So if your USB-Headphones aren't plugged in at this time Live can't 'see' them.
